1.1. This Acceptable Usage Policy outlines the responsibilities and guidelines for the appropriate use of corporate equipment and resources by employees of Wave Talent.
1.2. All employees are expected to read, understand, and comply with this policy to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of company information and resources.
2.1. Corporate equipment, including computers, laptops, mobile devices, and any other company-provided technology, should be used solely for business purposes.
2.2. Employees must not use corporate equipment for personal activities, such as accessing personal emails, social media, or entertainment websites, unless explicitly permitted by the company.
2.3. Employees are prohibited from downloading or installing any unauthorised software or applications on corporate equipment without prior approval from the Operations department.
2.4. Approved software and applications are limited to:
