1.1. All employees of Wave Talent are required to adhere to the Acceptable Usage Policy when using corporate equipment, including computers, laptops, mobile devices, and any other company-provided technology.
1.2. Employees are responsible for using corporate equipment for business purposes only and must not use it for personal activities or to access unauthorised websites or content.
1.3. Employees must not download or install any unauthorised software or applications on corporate equipment without prior approval from the IT department.
1.4. Employees must not share their login credentials or access codes with anyone and should ensure that their devices are locked when not in use.
1.5. Employees must report any suspicious or unauthorised activities related to corporate equipment to the Operations team immediately.
2.1. Wave Talent will implement internet filtering controls to block access to unauthorised websites and prevent uploads to such sites.
2.2. The IT department will maintain a list of authorised websites and regularly update the filtering controls to ensure they are effective.
2.3. Employees must not attempt to bypass or disable the internet filtering controls.
2.4. If employees come across a website that is blocked but necessary for business purposes, they should contact the IT department to request access.
3.1. Wave Talent will implement end-point controls to prevent the unauthorised transmission of data to external media devices, such as USB drives or external hard drives.
3.2. Employees must not connect any uncontrolled external media devices to corporate equipment without prior approval from the IT department.
3.3. All external media devices used for business purposes must be scanned for malware and authorised by the IT department before use.
3.4. Employees must not copy or transfer any sensitive or confidential data to external media devices without proper authorisation.
