Child Labour
Wave does not condone or endorse the utilisation of child labor. In the event that Wave employs any minors (such as those on work placements), it will conduct a proper risk evaluation to ensure that they are not subjected to any unsafe or dangerous conditions, and that they do not work for more than 8 hours per day.
Forced & Compulsory Labour
Wave will not participate in or endorse the utilisation of forced or obligatory labor, or bonded or involuntary prison labor. Workers have the freedom to resign with appropriate advance notice.
Health & Safety
Wave will make sure that the workplace is safe and healthy. They will take all the necessary steps to prevent accidents and protect the well-being of their employees. They will do this by working together with the employees to minimise any hazards in the workplace. All employees at Wave will be given safety instructions and guidance specific to their job. On top of that, the employees will have access to clean bathrooms and drinking water.
